Person from the Philippines persistently checking in on me everyday making sure I checked if my funds had cleared on Wealthsimple asked to use the wallet code from the website. Kept saying its going into a short-term wallet, showed a screenshot of how much he made in 6 months. As someone who has no idea about crypo, I feel into this scam.

On dating.com a Chinese man claims to have more money than he knows what to do with and says that god says to share with fellow men. And provides a link which takes you to the telegram private message app there is where you receive a link to samuv.com a crypto exchange where i was to register for an account and apply the promo code I was given via telegram message app. After I applied the promo code my account showed that I had over twenty five thousand dollars. They claim that the only way I can withdraw or transfer my funds is buy more crypto in th exact amount of 000.04 which is equivalent to $265.64 in US dollars in order to verify my identity. with plenty of explainaction of why thi is necessary saying it protects from fraud. I screenshot the entire conversation I had with the ever so helpful support lol 😂

I met ”Justin” In the app called Tantan. He said he is from Seattle USA of Chinese descent. He said he is a software engineer and works at Boeing but now is building a crypto trading business called Cytpe.ai. I first invested a small amount and everything was working fine. Seems like a normal transaction So I put in more money to help with the business as well. As the money grows it has become harder to withdraw funds. The last few attempts, the transaction has been on freeze. I contacted him and he hasn’t replied. I can still ring his number but no reply.

Random friend request on Facebook from a stranger (Richard West), who pretends to develop a relationship with the victim. Claims to work on a ship for an oil company. Prefers to switch from Facebook messenger to Zinga or Telegram. After some time requests money for food, his son, etc. Asks victim to buy Footlocker/Steam/Amazon/Apple cards, then scratch and send the code. Alternatively asks victim to download Binance application, buy bitcoin and send to the reported addresses. Based on used IP addresses, scammers located somewhere in Nigeria (Katsina, Port Harcourt, Lagos). No money lost here as it was clear it is a scam, played along for fun.

An individual representing themself as WWE Diva Liv Morgan contacted me and after some fairly innocuous conversation offered items for sale in the form of NFT type pictures. after further conversation they requested assistance retrieving a "briefcase full of cash" Since I was already suspicious as the NFT looked bogus I checked and saw that the wallet had a lot of transactions and 10x more bitcoin than was requested to pay storage or whatever.
