They were told their was child phonography found on their devices by "Microsoft" and that Microsoft mentioned their account had been compromised. They were also instructed not to speak to anyone

THEY ARE FRAUD

fell victim to a USPS and Microsoft scam. She mentioned she clicked a link to track an incoming package, where she was directed to a "Microsoft" service center letting her know she was compromised and they could help her. They had her take out $14K and visit one of our ATMs, where she made a $13.5k purchase. She was then instructed to buy gift cards from Home Depot and Lowes equal of $500 each.
