They was pretending are from revolut ( which in that moment was blocking a transaction I made) and they was telling me that the only way to unblock that transaction is to set up my daily limits and that revolut is only able to do that using crypto.com as they are not a proper bank with a branch... I reported this right away to my other bank ( cause the money was living my Natwest bank and was supposed to reach my revolut bank) and instead of helping me they just closed my account ? This can not be right

How am I able to get my money back ? I really need help with this

This money was taken from my Natwest account and was supposed to get into my Revolut account to activate my daily limits , was taken from one man Alex who presented himself as being the manager of a department of Revolut ( which I have an account with) , is been 3 days since they put my money here and since then every time when i try to call no one is answering so I think it was a scam, I have already reported to Action Fraud Report , I will appreciate if you will give me any help .
