He is encouraging people to invest in bitcoin mining through telegram with photos of proof of payment. Once you already joined the group and invested, you would be blocked and you could no longer retrieve what you invested.

Provided a scheme of making money and upon receiving of the money, kept asking for profit/ brokerage to release the payment and wont give the money/ BTC back. Please report as i dont want others to lose any more money.
