Requesting bitcoins to restore my database

Our centos Server mysql db is encrypted if you decrypt key for datbase pay us bitcoin .06 to receive the decryption key. it is loaded in the DBfile

For me, this attack delete all my databases in my VPS

Lost all data via phpmyadmin-import.
