Another attempted blackmail - can you not suspend their account?

Claimed to hack my email. Header properties shows he spoofed my email address. Body was a picture of text asking for $1000 to his wallet or else hell share videos of my screen with adult content. I was working on a PowerPoint for my job so the claim held no weight.

E-mail from my own address with a text (really a jpg) saying they had infected my computer (not true) and hacked my E-mail and facebook (also not true) and recorded me watching porno on my own webcamera (most definitely not true as I have no webcam here nor do I watch porno) and would publish it on Facebook (where they also claimed to have set a tracking pixel) and send to my relatives and to my bosses at work if I didnt pay Euro1000 to this bitcoin address.
