I put my money in a deposit in gotradeco.online it’s still in there I just need to withdraw but it doesn’t let me I need help please it’s 2,000

I was referred online to sign up with self acclaimed FX Broker Gotradeco with initial 200 dollar worth of bitcoin. after deposit , i was given no trading platform, i sent mail to their support , it does not get through.. several chat with no response. i then initiated withdrawal of part of deposit i made in bitcoin uptill this moment my request was not treated!
