It is a typical Bitcoin and Etherium SCAM. The (actually Russian) channel impersonates the company MicroStrategy. There is a live stream https://youtu.be/lGQAoGNWqgA with an interview of Michael Saylor, which has the sole purpose of luring users to the SCAM website https://ms-event.me/giveaway.html.
