They threaten to show the video of your screen and webcam to all your contacts that they claim to have sniffed from their malware, and offer a transaction at this bitcoin address of just under $3,000 to destroy the contents of the video and stop messaging you. If you ask for proof they say they will show all the video contents to all of your contacts, and that it is non-negotiable. This is most likely a bluff as I do not have a webcam, and this is intended to scare someone after compromising an old account and using their mail address to send them spam.
