got an emailing stating this person was going to release information if payment was not made

Sent email with following text: I have bad news for you. 09/04/2019 - on this day I hacked your operating system and got full access to your account ... . etc. In email was my old password, most probably collected from some of my old accounts. Its essentially attempt of extortion. Can you please block this idiot, so he do not scam somebody for real.
